I would come here to repair my truck a lot and their old manager Tony was useful but now I have to wait a long time. They sent me to another place but their waiting was also long and my truck wasn’t fixed.

It was almost end of the shift but they still took my truck inside the shop and performed a permanent fix to my damaged abs system so I can continue to work. No issues since then. Thank You Guys!

I owe freightliner m2 106 box truck i was shopping for mechanic to do some work on my truck. I come cross Merx truck and trailer so I decided to read the reviews for this mechanic shop i got surprised how there's people don't care about what people will say about them if they don't meet their expectation and now a day's with Google no one can hide anything what ever you do people will put you on social media right away. With all that being said I will never go to this place and advise everyone before they higher anyone for any job or service simply just look what others saying about them I hope I made it clear.

🚨 WARNING: Most of the Good Mechanics Are Gone! BE CAREFUL! 🚨 There used to be some really skilled and honest mechanics here — but unfortunately, they are no longer around. The ones that remain are just out to take your money. They charge extremely high prices without actually fixing the truck properly. Many drivers, including myself, have left this place feeling disappointed and deceived. Customers are being overcharged for incomplete or poor-quality work. DO NOT TRUST THEM EASILY. They take advantage of drivers who are just trying to get back on the road. Be smart, ask questions, and double-check everything before paying. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

I brought my truck in, and it sat there for two months. The last time I called, Alex told me everything was done and that I could pick up the truck. I agreed, but when I came to get it two months later, the radar issue still wasn’t resolved. Now they’re telling me, “If you want, leave it, and we’ll fix it.” Seriously? The truck was with you for two months! When I asked why it wasn’t done, they said, “We didn’t know.” I ended up paying $1,256 for this. Honestly, things used to be much better. Thony, I don’t know if you’re getting older, tired, or what, but the level of responsibility is zero. Not even a single star is too much for you!
